سياسة الخصوصية

1نطاق هذه السياسة

تنطبق هذه السياسة على تطبيق الهاتف "قاعة الدكتور محمود الجليلي" (UOM Theatre) ولوحة الإدارة المرتبطة به، وهو نظام حجز مقاعد الفعاليات التي تقام في القاعة، ويديره مركز الحاسبة الإلكترونية في جامعة الموصل. هذه السياسة مكملة لسياسة الخصوصية العامة لجامعة الموصل.

2البيانات التي نجمعها

• حساب Google: عند تسجيل الدخول نستلم من Google الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ومعرف الحساب فقط. لا نستلم كلمة المرور ولا يمكننا الوصول إلى بريدك أو ملفاتك.
• رقم الهاتف: يطلب مرة واحدة لإكمال الملف الشخصي ويستخدم للتواصل بخصوص الحجز فقط.
• بيانات الحجز: الفعالية والمقعد المحجوز ورمز التذكرة (QR) ووقت تسجيل الحضور، لغرض تنظيم الدخول إلى القاعة.
• رمز الجهاز للإشعارات: رمز Firebase Cloud Messaging لإرسال إشعارات الفعاليات الجديدة وتغيير المواعيد والإلغاء. يمكن إيقاف الإشعارات من إعدادات الهاتف.
• بيانات تقنية: إصدار التطبيق ونوع النظام (Android أو iOS) لضمان توافق التطبيق مع الخادم.

3كيف نستخدم البيانات

• إنشاء حسابك والتحقق من هويتك عند الدخول.
• إدارة الحجوزات وإصدار تذاكر الدخول والتحقق منها عند باب القاعة.
• إرسال إشعارات تخص الفعاليات والحجوزات فقط، ولا نرسل إعلانات.
• إحصاءات مجهلة عن نسب الحضور لتحسين تنظيم الفعاليات.

4مشاركة البيانات

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية. تتم معالجة البيانات فقط عبر مزودي الخدمة التقنيين اللازمين لعمل التطبيق:

• Google (تسجيل الدخول)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (الإشعارات)

تخزن بيانات الحساب والحجوزات على خوادم جامعة الموصل داخل العراق.

5الأمان

يتم نقل البيانات بين التطبيق والخادم بقنوات مشفرة، وتنتهي جلسات الدخول تلقائياً خلال 30 يوماً، ويمكنك إنهاء الجلسة من أي وقت عبر تسجيل الخروج. يقتصر الوصول إلى بيانات الحجوزات على الموظفين المخولين بإدارة القاعة.

6الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

• تبقى بيانات الحساب ما دام الحساب نشطاً.
• يمكنك طلب حذف الحساب من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ثم حذف الحساب.
• بعد موافقة الإدارة تزال البيانات الشخصية (الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهاتف) وتحذف رموز الأجهزة، وتبقى سجلات الحجوزات السابقة بصورة مجهلة لأغراض الإحصاء.
• يمكنك أيضاً طلب الحذف بمراسلتنا على البريد المذكور أدناه.

7الأطفال

التطبيق موجه لطلبة الجامعة ومنتسبيها وضيوف الفعاليات، ولا يجمع بيانات عن قصد من الأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً.

8التغييرات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدث هذه السياسة عند إضافة ميزات جديدة، وينشر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى الصفحة.

1Scope

This policy applies to the "Dr. Mahmoud Al-Jalili Hall" mobile application (UOM Theatre) and its management dashboard, a seat-booking system for events held at the hall, operated by the Electronic Computing Center of the University of Mosul. It supplements the general privacy policy of the University of Mosul.

2Data we collect

• Google account: when you sign in we receive only your name, email address and Google account identifier. We never receive your password and cannot access your mail or files.
• Phone number: requested once to complete your profile and used only to contact you about a booking.
• Booking data: the event, the reserved seat, the ticket QR code and the check-in time, used to manage entry to the hall.
• Push notification token: a Firebase Cloud Messaging token used to notify you about new events, schedule changes and cancellations. Notifications can be turned off in your phone settings.
• Technical data: app version and platform (Android or iOS) to keep the app compatible with the server.

3How we use data

• Creating your account and verifying your identity at sign-in.
• Managing bookings, issuing entry tickets and validating them at the hall entrance.
• Sending notifications about events and bookings only; we do not send advertising.
• Anonymised attendance statistics to improve event organisation.

4Sharing

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. Data is processed only by the technical providers required for the app to work:

• Google (sign-in)
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (notifications)

Account and booking data is stored on University of Mosul servers in Iraq.

5Security

Data travels between the app and the server over encrypted channels. Sign-in sessions expire automatically after 30 days and you can end a session at any time by signing out. Access to booking data is limited to staff authorised to manage the hall.

6Retention and deletion

• Account data is kept while the account is active.
• You can request deletion from inside the app: My account, then Delete account.
• Once approved by the administration, personal data (name, email, phone) is removed and device tokens are deleted; past booking records are kept in anonymised form for statistics only.
• You may also request deletion by emailing the address below.

7Children

The app is intended for university students, staff and event guests, and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

8Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when new features are added; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
